Before you order

How fast will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days are packed the same day and usually leave our Florida warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–10 business days, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.

Do you ship to all US states?

Yes — we ship to all 50 US states, and shipping is free on every order, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally and we do not deliver to PO boxes.

What if my machine arrives damaged?

Email support@cremahome.shop with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement part or a full replacement unit at no cost, including the return label.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on every appliance. Consumables and accidental damage are not covered.

How do returns work?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Contact us first and we send instructions; the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of inspection, with no restocking fee.
